I was born in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico and grew up in a small beach town, Luquillo, located on the northeast coast. This is where I felt an innate deep connection to Spirit, nature, and animals and learned to trust their guidance, as well as connect to my own inner wisdom.

I have always felt passionate about helping others in their life journey. My empath nature and ability to connect with other people’s emotions have helped me become an intuitive healer. I decided to pursue a career in mental health counseling as I felt my gifts could be best used in this field.

I am a licensed mental health counselor and licensed professional counselor. After completing my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019 and working with other therapists in private practice, I felt guided to open my own private practice – Inner Wisdom Guidance Counseling.

I have learned that we hold within ourselves all the answers to our questions. As a therapist, I guide others to listen to and trust their inner wisdom and encourage them to follow their guidance. I use a holistic approach, addressing mind, body and spirit, understanding the need for balance for overall well-being. I am a certified Integral Breath Therapist, Past Life Regression Therapist, Pranic Healer, and RYT-200 Kundalini Yoga Teacher. I feel passionate about helping others heal and live a fulfilling life.

I consider myself to be an eternal student; always seeking to learn, expand my consciousness, grow, and heal. While on this quest, I discovered psychedelics. After extensive research, through conferences and self-education, I started to use natural medicine to address my treatment-resistant depression. The awareness of traumatic events, limiting beliefs, and poor coping mechanisms helped me turn inward to understand, accept, and heal my psychological wounds.

My personal experience with psychedelics ignited a passion to assist others on their healing journeys by becoming a guide in these spaces. While searching for Psychedelic Assisted Therapy training, I discovered the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness. Their approach resonated with me deeply. The calling was so strong that I moved to Boulder, Colorado, after living in Florida for 24 years, to train in their program. I now hold a Facilitator in Training license from the State of Colorado under the Natural Medicine Health Act.

Spiritual Statement

My spiritual journey has led me to become a guide in psychedelic spaces.

As a young child, I felt a connection to the spirit world. Since then, I have been navigating through both worlds: the physical and the spiritual. This gift has helped me hold the natural medicines’ sacred space for myself, in my own journeys, and for others.

I walk the path of a Mesa carrier within the Andean shamanic tradition—a lineage rooted in deep reverence for nature, spirit, and the unseen threads that connect all of life. My Mesa is a living altar, a sacred bundle of medicine stones (khuyas) and lineage teachings that have been passed down through generations of Andean wisdom keepers. It holds a parallel current of prayer, ceremony, and energetic tending, woven through devotion and direct relationship with Spirit.

This path is both a responsibility and a devotion. It continues to shape how I show up in the world—with grounded presence, respect for the mystery, and trust in the healing intelligence that flows through all things.

It is an honor to be a guide for others who feel aligned to work with natural medicine on their healing journeys. Your healing is my healing. My healing is your healing. Imagine, showing up in our world healed and grounded. It is like throwing a pebble into a pond with the ripples reaching far and wide. Thank you for your willingness and courage to walk this path.
