Her body-centered approach integrates Existential Psychotherapy, Depth Psychology, Gestalt, Shadow work, creative ritual, and Parts work (Internal Family Systems). She has completed Level 1, 2, and 3 of Psychedelic Therapy training through Medicinal Mindfulness and has received extensive training in how to utilize the support of psychedelic medicine to promote deeper levels of insight, healing, and transformation in conjunction with traditional psychotherapy.

In her free time, Francesca enjoys wildcrafting medicinal herbs, chatting with archetypes, and dancing Argentine tango with her wife Vanessa.
