Program Refund Policy

The Center for Medicinal Mindfulness and Psychedelic Sitters School representatives are available by email to answer general questions about our services and programs before scheduling a session or event.

Due to the complex nature of these experiences, all trainings and sessions are offered “as is” and no requests for credits, refunds or partial refunds will be accepted after a service or training is initiated or provided.

Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or transfer of services, please contact our office. Refunds will be issued through the service the payment was received and it may take two weeks to a month for the refund to be issued.

You agree that you have read and accepted this policy, and that MM and PSS will not accept any chargebacks or other forced credit card refunds in violation of this policy. Improperly forced credit card returns will be challenged in small claims court. To request a transfer of services or credit in accordance with our policy, please email our office.

Covid & Severe Health Crisis Exemption
We will transfer reservations for any program dates for those who cannot attend last minute due to a Covid-19 diagnosis or other significant health, environmental or safety concern, with verification. Online participation options are available for some programs, and you will be automatically transferred to the online option, if possible, or move to the next available class, event, or session. In the unlikely situation an in-person event is cancelled by CMM/PSS due to Covid-19 or other significant regional safety concern, you agree to automatically transfer to an all-online option during the same time period if offered, or move to the next available program. MM will work proactively to address any safety and health concerns and reserves the right to use qualified facilitator substitutes if necessary to facilitate a training or event.

 

Center for Medicinal Mindfulness Related Services – Refund Policies

Private Consulting & Psychotherapy Sessions
Since it is nearly impossible to schedule someone else after a session is cancelled with very little notice, clients are required to provide 72 hour notice (three days) to receive a full refund or credit for your missed appointment. CMM/PSS also reserve the right to cancel an appointment without notice due to safety concerns or the weather. If this happens, or you can’t make it because of the weather, we agree to talk at the same time and same rate over the phone instead, if at all possible. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

Psychedelic Support Sessions
Full payment is required to reserve any medicine related sessions, unless a payment plan is agreed upon in advance. Full payment is required before service can be provided. Due to the significant amount of time being reserved, cancellations require three weeks notice to receive a full refund or credit for a cancelled session. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions. We offer exceptions to this requirement on a case by case basis for medical and other emergencies, but this is not guaranteed. Please work with us if something comes up as soon as possible. 

Private Sponsored Events
Full payment is required to reserve a private retreat or private group event. Due to the amount of time being reserved by the client, no refund will be issued if notice is provided less than one month from date of service. Client is responsible for all additional travel and other expenses incurred by Medicinal Mindfulness in planning the event if a refund is issued.

Public Conscious Cannabis Events and Community Breathwork Events
Full payment is required to reserve your spot and 48 hour notice is required for a full refund or to transfer your ticket to another event. CMM/PSS and the Practitioner(s) reserve the right to terminate any individual’s participation in any Event based on violation of this Agreement, disruptive or inappropriate behavior, or any safety concerns which may arise. No refunds of previous payments will be made upon such termination.

 

Psychedelic Sitters School Related Services – Refund Policies

Interview Sessions and Applications for Training Program
Full refund can be requested at any time for applications and interviews before the interview is scheduled. 48 hour notice is required before the interview session if it has been scheduled to receive a full refund.

Training Intensives & Retreats
Invoices can be paid in full during registration. 1/3 payment of intensive or retreat total is required to reserve your spot, with the second third of the payment due one month before the first day of class, and the final payment due one week before class begins, UNLESS other qualified monthly payment plans are available. Ask our training representatives for more information. 

Due to the complex nature of psychedelic therapy training, and the support services and logistics of enrollment, all payments are non-refundable unless another student on a training’s waiting list can take your position. Before paying the first deposit, please confirm that the dates work on your end, and that you have all of your questions answered regarding safety and the participation agreements. Students can also transfer a payment to another training intensive they wish to attend if they provide one month’s notice for intensives and two weeks’ notice for practicums.  We will work with you however we can to support you in this process. A late cancellation may prohibit another student from attending the program.

If you are on a payment plan and can no longer attend the program, the payment plan can be cancelled for all services not yet provided and in accordance with the deadlines listed in this policy. 

Credentialing

Credentialing fees are due prior to beginning the credentialing program, or through an ongoing payment plan. To cancel Credentialing, one month’s notice is required and no refunds will be issued after a service is provided.

Training Webinars
Webinar purchases are Non-Refundable unless none of the material has been viewed.

 

MMClinic LLC Refund Policy

MMClinic LLC representatives are available by email to answer general questions about our services and programs before scheduling a session or event.
